What happens if the lock cannot be picked? Some high-security locks - particularly anti-snap, anti-pick cylinders, or locks with additional security pins - cannot be opened non-destructively. If drilling is the only option, we will tell you clearly before we do it, explain the cost implications, and replace the lock on the same visit.
